Rant of the Day

I absolutely despise girls who walk around thinking they are "the shit" when really, they have nothing going for them at all because they possess such horrid dispositions.

Reality check: THE WORLD DOES NOT REVOLVE AROUND YOU, IT NEVER HAS AND IT NEVER WILL!

Honestly, I use the word "girls" because they need to grow up and keep themselves in check. A good person who has the personality/brains/looks would never stoop so low as to act like a cheap whore whose actions just scream, "I have STDs!"

It's one thing to flirt with a bunch of people at a house party and it's a whole different story to start trouble and attempt to make out with a guy, knowing that his girlfriend is sitting five feet away from the scene and can see everything that's going on. Girls like this deserve to get hurt.....badly.

And don't give me that "It's the millenium now/It's feminism at it's best/She's really nice when she's not drunk" bullshit. People like this are stupid and sick. A girl whore who can prove that she can fool around with 10 guys in one night doesn't make her any better than the boy slut who says he can "bang" 10 girls in one night.

There is more to life than just fucking around, literally. Stop and think about your actions before you die of HIV/AIDS or some other awful STD we don't even know about yet.

TOFINO!!

Yes, I spent the B.C. Day long weekend over in Tofino. Pictures are below, as promised. Most of them are pretty random but you get to see the beach and the gang I went with. Enjoy!

In other news, started house-sitting yesterday. I have to make dinner every night for the Japanese student staying with me. Last night's menu was baked chicken breast that I marinated in soy sauce and lemon juice, seasoned with oregano leaves and crushed garlic & herbs. When we ate it, it was delicious and sooo tender! I must say, I surprised even myself. Tonight, I'm making pasta. Yumm! Wish me luck.

Late, As Usual

Wow, it's sooo weird not having the internet at home. I don't get to update as often on here and I'm completely behind on my emails. I opened my email inbox and had about 60 unread messages.... (Mind you, half of it was junk mail.)

Anyhoo, in other exciting news, I am now officially 22. I do feel a little older. Maybe even a little wiser. Heheheh.... Also, I'll be camping in Tofino this weekend. Woot! The weather's supposed to be great so I'm über excited for this trip.

Other than that, I'm just recovering from a really bad flu thingy. Yes, flu thingy. My voice was shot, my nose was clogged and I had to miss about a week of work. Curses! Ah well... I'm back at work now. It's aaaall good.

I'll update again after the long weekend. Who knows? Maybe I'll have some exciting camp pictures to post with my blog.
